Your Buffy-related dreams

Some Buffy related dreams I've had in the past:

One involved Spike and Dru where something had happened to Dru and she was unconscious so Spike was in the pub waiting with her for her to wake up and having a drink at the same time. All of the sudden the authorities are on there way and Spike has to try and escape with an unconscious Dru so the authorities don't think she's dead. He's having to carry her around, waiting for her to wake up.

One was a bit of a mixed bag. Buffy and her friends had to put on a production written by Snyder whilst Spike was in charge of the lighting. There was one part where they had to read a speech and they kept looking pointedly at Snyder on a certain part. Afterwards the scoobies find Spike kissing Amy from the Big Bang Theory. Also Xander was complaining that Giles had hiked the rent of the apartment because his pet lobster had gone missing and it wasn't fair. Anya then stands next to him and sheepishly hands him Giles' headless lobster.

I also had a dream where Buffy, Willow and Spike are all rushing home because of a package that is recorded delivery and they need to sign for it.

Buffy was at a graduation where everyone is wearing those graduation caps and there's balloons. She nearly misses it but gets to release her graduation balloon. Next she's shopping with friends when someone shows her a tracking app that says the package will be arriving in nine minutes. She is then racing through the streets and takes a short cut through a pub where there are a lot of Shetland ponies, only it turns out they're people dressed like Shetland ponies and an old guy asks her if she's seen his pony so she points it out stood on the bar.

Willow is walking through a shopping centre and passes some crazy cat ladies. However she seems to have some sort of power and is a tooth fairy where she can walk past something and it's all shiny and clean. She runs into a field where you can see a grubby old little caravan through the trees. However, as she approaches and runs past, the caravan suddenly becomes new and cow printed. (Not with an actual cow but the patterns that are on cows).

Spike is in a field by a supermarket trying to steal one of those massive state of the art motorhomes because he's got to drive down the motorway and he wants to get there quickly. Only the field is really muddy so he's trying to use a child's bicycle helmet to stop the wheels sinking into the mud but the helmet moves as he's trying to reverse so the back right wheel starts to get stuck.

Unfortunately the phone rang and woke me up before any of them could get home and sign for the package.

Just came across another dream I'd mention in a Buffy dream thread.

Had a dream where the Buffy characters are in some kind of Hunger Games style tournament where they have to hide from blue velociraptors. Buffy, Darla and Willow were reluctantly participating. Darla was wearing Buffy's pink Halloween Dress and Spike was running around on rooftops trying to help in some way.

I did have another season 7 dream in which I was helping make explosives in the kitchen for the Potentials, and Bette and Tina (from The L Word) were helping, with Bette and Tina talking about how they would soon be having a baby in West Hollywood.
Did you at least make sure to hand Kennedy an explosive? 😉

I was a bit worried about a dream the boy I'm helping raise had years ago (shortly after we started watching Buffy together). He dreamed his dad (who died 2 years in a car accident before I became a part of his life, so this would be about 4 years after his dad's death) had come to him as a vampire to take him away. He followed his dad past the kitchen where I was washing dishes, but I was also Buffy. I chased down his dad and dusted him. Then the boy realized he was a vampire as well and woke up with me/Buffy chasing him. Glad that later seemed to just be an odd dream rather than him deeply troubled by the situation.
I'm glad he was ok. That's quite a sobering dream, although I can't help but think there is some interesting material there for an actual episode of Buffy!

I just woke up from one, though many of the details are already lost to me.

So Riley, as part of his unit (I guess "seasonish 6-7"), had gone AWOL and took something from a train holding top secret info that constantly moved (so that it couldn't be found save by those given magical tokens) and was protected by wards that only allowed US black ops unit through who had tokens. Riley was going to get himself killed, even if he survived whatever he was doing, he was going to be killed after. They went to Buffy because they needed to know what they talked about (so what he might be after), to search the area for him, and how she calmed him down before since Riley could be quite stubborn, yet she managed to talk him down before. Of course Buffy and such would be placed under surveillance in case Riley showed up.

Once Buffy and the Scoobies got some privacy with Willow using magic to help, they talk how they're bait for Riley, and perhaps even hostages to flush Riley out. And once they have him they may kill him, and perhaps the rest of them. Buffy said they had to find Riley first, and the first thing was to find out what Riley took, because he'd have had to have a good reason to do so and it might let them find him before the government did. Willow said she couldn't find the train with its wards, and Xander got the idea of being made into soldier-boy again. Willow said she could do that, and put a glamor on him so that he could have an "aura of authority and authorization" but Xander would have to believe it because of mind readers, so it was a full on transformation much like in the Halloween episode of season 2.

Xander does it, and in investigating Finn, finds that he was trapped in a magical ward (like suspended animation and hidden away) which is why they couldn't find him (as Riley was hidden by the same wards protecting the train when the military thought he'd escaped it). Riley recognizes Xander, but Xander (who was not expected to meet Riley at all) arrests him because he thinks that's what he's supposed to do given the persona Willow put on him.

Naturally, as he turns Riley over, the black ops realize the truth of Xander (he may have the aura, but he doesn't have the badges, ID numbers, and such that the reports need, and they have onsite shamans) and become intrigued. They raid the Scoobies and capture Willow who says Xander won't remember what he learned on the train ("at least not for long, I mean seconds, after the spell goes away, so does his memory, just long enough to tell us what Riley had gotten himself into") so it's not espionage, but now they want Willow to help them to make "instant soldiers." It's better than boot camp with Xander having elite training who can then be made to forget his mission (shades of Dollhouse?) This is better than MKUltra. As Willow was a supernatural, the laws did not apply to her and they could do to her whatever they wanted with her, and her band of freaks.

And Xander was following orders of the commanders, without the ability of Willow to break the spell that made him black ops guy so was one of their captors.

And that was about where it was when I woke up. 😕

I just had a dream and it was kinda good, so I am going to write down all I remember.

I am in the Fang Gang. Besides me and Angel, there is also Nina the werewolf, Brad Pitt and Jesse Pinkman. We've just had some terrible quarrel. Angel asks me what Doyle would have said if he was here. I tell him that I am happy that he is not, because he would be ashamed of us.

Then Brad Pitt and I go off to do something. Brad says he is angry the other couples did not show. I have no ideas what he means by this. I don't think Brad and I are a couple. I don't seem to like him very much. I only agreed to travel with him because I cannot pay cab fare by myself. A BMW pulls up and Brad tells me it is a petrol rather than a diesel car. He tells me he knows this, because the fuel cap is on the right side of the car.

We meet up with Nina, who is helping us track some werewolf-looking monsters. The leader is a real piece of work. We don't actually fight them, we just all speak to them or something.

Afterwards, we are back at the home base. It is a hotel, but it is much bigger than the Hyperion. Jesse Pinkman sits down in the chair opposite me and reads a book. It makes me happy, because he could have sat down anywhere in the massive hotel, but chooses to sit right next to me, even if he doesn't say anything. It makes me feel as if we are all friends again.

Angel walks by. I stop him and say, "Hey Angel, remember how I said I was happy Doyle wasn't here to see us? I have changed my mind. I wish he could see us now."

I dreamt about Illyria a few nights ago. Pretty sure it was ptsd from Angel comics. Can’t remember the specifics but I found her terrifying in my dream.

Not exactly a Buffy dream, but...

So this guy sits next to me outside on a bench, and I'm wary but not alarmed yet. He then tells me that I know what I do is wrong, and I'm confused, but then realize he means being in a lesbian relationship. I tell him it's not his business, but see he's working himself up. I don't have a gun, but I have a knife, and as he attacks when I try to leave I use it, though he's a decent fighter so I slash him but fail to stab him him, and therefore when I try to run he keeps up with me.

While part of me thinks it might be best to let him get in one good blow to prove this is self-defense, I dismiss it as he's too big to allow that, and his height and adrenaline also give his legs more running power than my own, so we're then circling each other in mortal combat while 2 more men, friends of his, join him, and they now have their own knives. I can't let myself be surrounded, so I run to the side of a house, fighting and dodging all the way, so I can put my back against it. (This was more instinct because there were a couple of things I completely overlooked which I wouldn't have had I been awake.)

And then the police show up. Only those who attacked me are wounded, but at the same time I'm obviously cornered by 3 large males also armed. We all get arrested, though I get taken for a statement rather than put in a cell or properly interrogated (about like Buffy being more interviewed over the apparent killing of Ted), and I'm even allowed to use a bathroom by myself (though it has a flimsy door and one of the guys who attacked me tries to get in while I hold it shut).

And then it gets more surreal (I suspect the part of my brain that thinks things out logically was stirring awake, as that often happens just before I wake up, but I hadn't actually gotten to the point that I realized I was dreaming yet, and I think trying to make sense out of the strange, mixed up background inspired the surreal dream divergence to follow). I realize the money is wrong (different people on the dollar bills that I don't recognize, for example), the magazines are wrong, and such...like they don't exist in my world, but here they're common, that is it looks normal until I take a closer look.

And then a woman comes in who works the station asking if she's going crazy, and asks questions of the woman interviewing me about pop culture stuff, and turns to ask me if I know what she's talking about by shows like Breaking Bad and the Walking Dead, and I say I've heard of them, and then ask her if she's heard of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

"I love Buffy!"

The lady cop interviewing me thinks we're pulling a prank (she hasn't heard of any of these shows) and tells me it's not a good idea given that I just assaulted men with a deadly weapon which MAY have been justified self-defense, but my pretending to be crazy, even failing to realize the seriousness of the situation I'm in, is causing her to look at my case in a new light. And then I wonder if the guys who attacked me also came from the same universe as me and the cop lady who came in, and wonder if I should ask them, or if that would give them the idea to say I attacked them in a fit of lunacy and they were merely being good citizens in trying to make sure I didn't hurt myself or anyone else.

And that's when I woke up.

I woke up (late) from an interesting dream where I was sort of watching it on TV and yet it was also happening around me about a Buffy/RWBY crossover that I don't see working, but I enjoyed it as a dream.

I don't recall much about the early parts, but Buffy and her Slayerettes (plus Spike) were after a demon of pollution. This demon could take human form and fed off dying ecosystems in a way far worse than vampires, and he'd also placed a curse on Dawn and her entire class who were doing something ecologically responsible (even if only as a class project), and messing with Dawn provoked Buffy and Spike both (it felt season fivish). The others were trying to find a way to break the curse while Spike and Buffy left alone to find the demon.

The demon was giving a speech in some auditorium and for whatever reason (and against Buffy's decision to wait just a little while) Spike kicked in the door and then casually said he just needed to speak to the guy, won't take but a minute. The guy agreed with his own casual banter, but said he destroyed enough school property (it felt like a college) and wanted to take it outside.

So they do, and he seems confident enough. A demonic power was to breathe out horrible black fumes that caused Buffy to choke, tear up, and then get knocked around by the demon that was taking on a more oily form. Spike didn't have to breathe and took over, and managed to kill it, though it dissolved into oil with Spike yelling about watch the jacket and yelling UK obscenities and if he could ever get it out of his clothes.

Buffy, still coughing, gasps out, "Spike!"

Spike turns with his vamp face on, and Neo of RWBY is there smiling up at him (but not a cartoon, and that was one creepy smile with a look devoid of fear as she stared up at Spike's vamp face). Spike asks, "What are you doing out so late, little girl?" He then punches her as he says the last, and then shouts in triumph, "I KNEW you were a demon!"

Neo didn't lose her smile and barely registered the punch, though just gave a girlish kick. Spike shouts something about a kick from a pro and kicks at her, but Neo then she goes into her ballerina like fighting style that has Spike confused, and Buffy, still coughing a bit, running up. And then in one swift motion Neo draws the sword from her umbrella and rams it through Spike's heart and uses Spike as a shield from Buffy while Spike is yelling she's a ninny who should learn how to kill vampires before fighting them and what he's going to do to her...and then he explodes into dust with an explosion.

Enter Roman Torchwick..and also not a cartoon and reminding me of Clockwork Orange with his garish look. He looked genuinely threatening and there was no doubt that he was a psychopath. As Buffy turns to gape at him (Neo acrobatically getting in front of him where he stops to lean on his cane behind the safety of Neo), he flicked his cigar and asked Buffy, "Don't you know you shouldn't hit little girls?" He points his cane at her and says, "Not that I'm into rules myself."

He fires is cane and Buffy dodges, while he says his syndicate is taking over Sunnydale and she and her pests need to vacate while they still can, though Buffy is not just dodging, she's advancing so that Neo leaps at her and begins fighting. Roman continues to mock her, and he's obviously playing with her head (not just trying to be amusing) as he said something like, "Or maybe you and I could come to an understanding, maybe even kiss. What do you say, Blondie, I'm a ginger with a soul." The "with a soul" was done in a tone meant to reveal that while she doesn't know about him, he does know about her.

Perhaps this intimidates her, but if it does, it just makes her angrier, and she feints a blow with Neo to leap over her acrobatically and race at him, murder in her eyes, as Roman lifts his cane to point at her, though he doesn't fire as Neo leaps back in front of Buffy and they fight more. I get the impression that as soon as Neo blocks Buffy with her umbrella while Roman is right behind her, Roman will fire his cane that he continues to point at them. And meanwhile, police sirens are racing up. It's the perfect cliffhanger and I wake up.

I've been thinking about that off and on all day today and wonder could Remnant work as one of the Hell dimensions out there, more in the league of Pylea? I doubt Wolfram & Hart has an office there (or it they do then it's quiet and out of the way...I could see Wolfram & Hart loving to double bill the Schnees and the White Fang as they play them off against each other while meeting their quota of evil using both...and I had the idea of a wolf, ram, and hart faunus as lawyers, though can Remnant really afford prisons when those would be Grimm bait?).

And assuming Roman could somehow be summoned by magic (perhaps it was the hippogriff that swallowed Roman that got pulled in, only to turn to dust leaving a gasping Roman in the conjurer's circle?), then who summoned him? Though I also recalled the Buffy roleplaying game and there was an adventure to role play through in which the Big Bad is a genie (a demonic genie) who can steal souls through wishes, and use those souls to break away at his prison...and in one such episode he gives a kid a magical remote control who then sends Xena, the Terminator, and even Captain Kirk (all under thin aliases to avoid copyright issues) after the heroes (though they're an illusion that "pops" like a bubble when defeated and not to be considered truly real, at least that's how I recall it from years ago). Maybe the Trio are RWBY nerds (like me, obviously) that summon Roman because he's so cool (actually, I could see Andrew doing that, probably crushing on him hard), though again it "felt season fivish."

That said, I'd have never thought to cross them were it not for that waking dream.

I forgot about this thread - nice to see it bumped. I had a Buffy nightmare a few weeks ago. It was horrible and about s12. I won't share it for fear of it being prophetic. But I will come back and tell ya'll about it after s12 is released.

And no it's not Buffy and Giles opening up an office supply warehouse in Vegas. Where is that fic by the way?

So Angelus was in a car park and ripping up the path, brick by brick and the traffic warden was just walking by, confused they couldn't give him a fine as it wasn't a parking issue.

I think there was more but that's all I remember.

A couple of nights ago I had a Buffy dream. I only remember the ending in which Spike got hit by some spell that made him look exactly like Buffy, and the others weren't sure who was the real Buffy, and wanting to challenge them over memories, but as they're private memories they didn't want them aired.

I was like, "Hey, she has Spike's accent! And look, she's lighting up a cigarette!"

They still weren't sure. And oddly enough as I post this I'm still frustrated with them over that. 😡😛

And now I'm a bit frustrated by myself for not saying, "Let Dawn decide...and I don't mean the little sister." 😀

"Let Dawn decide....and I don't mean the little sister" - Brilliant line!!!! (Wish I had thought of it :D )
1.Buffyverse dream:
I had a really weird dream when I was 6 it was the day before my birthday. And I was dreaming that I woke up and when I looked into the mirror this happened: 8edf4b44c1170d6de56bf8d7e0366210.jpg
Only I was in a green shade and Giles in brown. I looked more like this:
20180902_090106.jpg
And then I was really scared because I wanted to meet my best friend (because in the dream it was also my birthday) and we wanted to go swimming. It was like my parents didn't even notice what I looked like or they didn't care. And they drove me to my friends' house and she looed exactly the same she was also a demon. And then me as a demon and my demon friend went swimming and it was an awesome birthday. When I really woke up I ran to the bathroom and looked into the mirror: I was me, a human.

But now the scariest thing: I didn't watch Buffy back then. And I swear I looked exactly like Giles only in green. And then I forgot about the dream. I started watching Buffy and when I watched the episode A New Man I had a dejavue (Idk how the spelling for this word is). I suddenly remembered my dream like I was six again and had that dream. I looked at my parents and told them I had a dream about that. They said it wasn't possible, that I had a dream about me being another demon and now my brain confused it and thinks I looked exactly like that. But I know that I looked like that in my dream. Yes it's a really weird dream and becomes weirder when you know that I didn't even watch Buffy then. I didn't even know what a demon was, for me I had a dream about being a monster.

Goosebumps had green monsters very much like that, like in Horrorland (book cover, TV, and Nintendo DS). GB also had a lot of stories of the kid turning into a monster. If you read & watched it a lot as a kid then I'm not surprised you dreamed that.
2. Buffyverse dream:
When I knew Buffy longer (I think that was at the time I was watching season 3 for the first time. I was 9 or 10.) and also knew the actors/actresses names and watched interviews with them, I had that dream. I was sitting at home when suddenly our door bell rang. I opened the door and a handsome man stood infront of me. "Hello." I said. "Hi. is this *here my name*s house?" hes asked. I was really nervouse and excited because I knew who was standing infront of me. It was David Boreanaz. "Yes. I'm *my name*." I nodded and looked next to him. I couldn'z see what or who he was looking at because I was standing inside the house and I can't look through a wall. He made a gesture to go into the house. I was confused and didn't say anything when behind him other people followed right into my house. SMG, Alyson, Nicholas, Anthony and James. I closed the door behind them, I still looked confused. "Oh. Hello little girl." SMG said. "Hi." I said "What is going on?!?" Alyson walked towards me: "Your parents told us you like our show. You know, Buffy the Vampire Slayer." "Yes. I LOOOOVE it!!!" I was so happy and excited I forgot about being confused. I looked at Alyson and said: "Willow is my favourite character. I love you so much!" Alyson smiled, "I know." she said, "Your parents told me." Now James came to me and asked: "Do you want autographs? Or interviews? You can ask us whatever you want." "Really?" I asked with a big smile, I was so happy and excited. I took James' hand and walked up stairs. My room looked totally different, it was like a big hall and there were 7 chairs in a circle. We all sat down. I first told themhow much I love Buffy and that it is the awesomest show in the whole world. And then I got autographs from all of them. And then I asked them questions and they answered and sometimes they asked me some questions. We had a lot of fun together and I talked to everysingle one if them. And we became like friends and they gave me their telephone numbers and I gave them mine. They left and we still were friends and kept contact.
That was an awesome dream 🙂. I was sad it didn't happen IRL when I woke up. And it was only when I knew season 3 so nothing with Willow and Tara or with Angels Spin-Off or with Spuffy. Only things I knew when I watched Buffy season 3 for the first time.

I don't know those stories 😳 sorry. 😕

I had a weird Whedonverse dream last night. Started off with Agent Coulson trying to stop god-like beings from invading Earth and ended with Angel using the Nexus from Charmed to go to their home world and destroy them.

A few months ago was a reimagining of prophecy girl as slayer origin story. The Master has raided and burned a African village to the ground and one captive girl he thinks he drained and killed has actually survived, wondering the desert with her burning village behind her, stabbed in the abdomen with a piece of wood, comes upon a solitary apparition like figure in blue, who ignores her plead for help, its clear this figure is a witch doctor. Next we have the girl restored to health returning to The Master holding the stake (from her side) and him saying "It's not possible, I killed you" the end.

I have had dreams of Angel, Buffy (several of her), Giles, Wes, Fred...I think that's it. I usually forget the details (I'm sorry!) but like most of my dreams, the actual content is almost always very abstract. One recurring feature is that I have the power to reach my hands into anything, but only my hands. Like, my hands can pass through doors but not the rest of me. It can occasionally be helpful but overall it ends up being worthless. Also, I never dream of us in groups. As far as I can remember, it is usually me with only one other person.

You're basically the guy from 'I Fall to Pieces' :p
@DeadlyDuo, is hilarious in a "the cheese man" way, I hope some day somebody from one of your dreams finally gets to sign for that package lol

Earlier today I woke up (temporarily) from a dream of a new trailer. It was a revision of Buffy so that Faith was the good one, and Buffy a shallow fashionista blonde zealot taking out her anger on poor vampires (some were decent sort rather than soulless monsters, but Buffy just mocked them as she killed them) because they interfered with her schedule (and blamed them for her parents divorce).

As the trailer went into the usual scenes of a couple of seconds each (one of which showed Giles knocked out while Buffy and Faith were back to back as vampires surrounded them, the vampires Travers and the others who came to "evaluate" her in season 5, the implication that the Watchers were secretly led by a Master vampire's way of getting rid of the competition while also keeping the Slayer away from himself) with the words (only one at a time) "Have" "A" "Little" and then....FAITH.

End trailer.

I'd watch it. 😀

ETA: I just thought of how it would be marketed these days: "Slay the Patriarchy." 😁

I would so watch that!!!!!! :D
I do remember one dream months ago and in a snippet of that dream Buffy was eating popcorm with Captain Kirk. They were having a heated argument/debate about something but I couldn't hear what.
I drove me crazy because it was this random image in a dream full of other half-remembered stuff.
I didn't understand the significance but then I remembered that one time where Faith fought a Vulcan, so it was probably a 'who would win?' regarding Faith and Spock.

I dreamed I was both an adult and a small child at the same time (and either one at any moment) and had to do this play for a school drama teacher. I was to be Little Red Riding Hood, but the teacher was displeased with me for not remembering my lines. Interesting enough, the teacher is someone I know in real life who will almost certainly be in court and lose her job, and possibly do jail time, in part due to my testimony (and this is the first I recall dreaming of her). She very recently confronted me and tried (but failed) to get me on her side.

So back in the dream she replaces me with Buffy who is also a child and adult. The play gets interrupted for some reason, but she and I talk. I can't remember about what and we separated for a bit. But at the end of the dream we were going into a big store (felt like a mall) together and as it was late autumn (perhaps her dressing as Little Red Riding Hood earlier reminded me of Fear Itself) and she'd said something about an awkward Christmas. I said speaking of which, like what are we talking about when we give each other presents, just so one of us doesn't greatly outgive the other? We talked a bit, I remember she wanted something she could use but not permanent, and I said so no stuffed animals, and she cheerily said, "You could get one for Mr. Gordo, he'd like some company. Just be sure you don't get a heartbreaker. That would be a bad Becks." (Becks is a nickname of mine.) I woke up almost right after.
