Help Should I watch Angel

Angel does epic plot arcs a lot better than Buffy, so if you like that sort of thing you should check it out.
Plus a lot of character arcs improve if you watch Angel as well as Buffy; principally Cordelia, Wesley, Faith and Spike in the last season.

I don't know if I should watch Angel

For those unlucky enough not to be in love with the characters and storylines of Angel, its about whether you're willing to invest enough time to witness the progression of the seasons.

Most people who try the show on a more superficial level will never understand the wider/deeper story arcs or be as connected to the characters. Some of the really interesting stories and developments happen during the later seasons and unless you've seen the earlier stuff, you'll never get to greatly appreciate it.

I don't know if I should watch Angel
Personally, I am not particularly interested in Angel himself, I am actually focusing on Cordy but when you talk about her you can't skip Angel and from what I have heard Angel the character was a HUGE part of her development, and that development happens entirely on Angel the series. I have read the plot of the show and I have to say I am not impressed,If I its not exiting and I am not curious about it at all, actually, I think its kinda silly.
If I should watch Angel which one is the best season and which one has Willow in it the most and Drusilla.

S2 has the most Drusilla. I also think s2 is the best season. If you also happen to like Darla, this season will not disappoint.
There is also one Willow cameo this season.

Willow comes back again in s4. But, I feel like you really need to watch s3 to understand s4.

I would say if you don't want or care about the full experience, skip s1 (especially if you don't like procedural types shows) and go to s2. You will not have missed much and you'll get to see Dru & Willow this season.

Seasons 2-4 are definitely the best. Go for it!! They're awesome, and the writing is excellent. Skip 5-7...they suck.

They are talking about AtS right?
You will never know until you try it. Angel is a much more visually rich show then Buffy with a lot of things to see in each frame of the pictures. It has stories that would be considered avant garde for a Buffy viewer. It has more of a "mean streets" Martin Scorsese feel because, as a vampire, the lead character does not go outside in the day so there are a lot of night shots. In the first episode and all of Season 5, we are introduced to "Necro-tempered glass" which allows vampires to operate in sunlight, so Season 5 does not have the darkness (in photometric terms, not story terms) of the first four seasons. Some people consider it to be a better show than Buffy, others think it is a repository for all the off-the-wall lunacy in terms of plot that was too far gone for Buffy.

Try it, you might like it and you may even prefer it to Buffy.

Definitely a better show than Buffy. No question.
I have the feeling that every single fan of Buffy should give to Angel a try. For me it's like in the order of natural things. I don't say that you are going to love the show, but just watch some episode, built your opinion on facts and real feelings and not assumptions.

When Buffy was being broadcast, I told my brother that it was just back story for Angel. Mainly to annoy him, since he was a HUGE Buffy fan. lol

LOL... Maybe the idea of liking something you like is kinda unthinkable for him

Well, yeah. He's my younger brother and he couldn't bear liking the same thing I do. It's funny because until 2015 I didn't think Buffy was very good. I'd only seen two or three episodes, but I was like, meh.

If Willow & Tara were about the only thing to appeal to you, then only Fred (Winifred) would likely appeal to you...and that assumes that your like of W&T is based on their characters rather than their lesbian relationship.
it is the characters that I love the fact that they r lesbians means nothing to me though the r a perfect couple, and I am going to start with season 2 who is fred?

Fred is a character from the spin off series "Angel"

Fred initially comes off as cringing and near helpless, and yet even from the start (when she's half-crazy) one can see a hidden strength (the only reason she survived 5 years on Pylea). She's brilliant with computers like Willow, and is a master of tech like Willow is with magic (and Fred knows her demons, though she thinks of them more as a biologist would rather than an occultist). She has a soft side that is almost (not quite) childish at times that probably make even younger people see her as like a kid sister and easily hurt like Willow and Tara, yet still nerdy and quietly strong below that, one who can think and act under pressure.
