Is anyone watching this show? I just started it on netflix and found the pilot a bit long and uneventful. Does it get any better with time?

I thought it started good and got worse as it went along. Pretty much was not a fan at the conclusion. It's the typical Netflix show where they don't know how to properly pace, structure or conclude acts.
