Getting close to the end now, and just who is Temperance?
 
So is Jane's father Jayne or Vandal? Both around the same time, so now it could be either, not that Jayne thought about that.

How is Jayne still standing too?
 
Vandal is looking like an increasingly likely bet as Jane's father. Temperance has deliberately avoided confirming that Jayne is, even with everyone knowing, and that is suspicious. If Jayne was the father, there is now no reason not to confirm it. Gillis learned that when you deal with bad sorts as a traitor, you can get exactly the reward you deserve. Jayne himself must be on some seriously good drugs.
