How did Olaf’s hammer appear on the shelf In the magic box? I’ve been wondering that for awhile now. Like who lifted it and bought it there ? Or did willow use magi ? Or is just something that the writers didn’t think was necessary to even explain ??

1. Yes, the writers didn't think it was necessary to explain. 2. The Troll God Hammer apparently works like Mjolnir and the Elder Wand. You have to be worthy to lift it, you become worthy by taking it from the prior owner after besting him in combat. Although, it's unclear if it was always a Special Weapon, or if it was retconed into one when the writers wrote themselves into a corner regarding Glory.
