This heat is like a horror film.... everybody hiding out indoors, deserted streets, even the crows are quiet. Just blazing sun everywhere. I wonder how much the rents are in Alaska or Canada...? 🥵

In some places last night it was 85° indoors between 1am and 5am. Jesus, this is torture. It's also kinda scary. At least when you're cold, you can put a sweater on....but when you're burning up there's really nothing you can do. Not move. Take cool showers throughout the day, Leave the TV off because the screen throws too much heat. Drink ice water. 🥤🧊🚿

I'm dreaming of strawberry snow cones and ice cubes made from lemonade...

This year was also very hot in the Netherlands, we are not use to cause we got a sea climate. People dont know wgat to do and we got a code red or orange if its getting to hot and we must stay inside, i feel for the animals who dont get shelters. To say in dutch :"warm he?"" (english hot aint it?)

Oh that so doesn't work for me. Once I'm cold I stay that way no matter how many layers of sweater, sox, sweat pants I put on. I've always been able to deal with the hot weather way better than the cold. 🤧
